Meet the Team
Kelly Scott, Founder

Kelly grew up in the small town of Kevil, Kentucky, where her father, Bob, worked as a skilled drywall finisher and her mother, Ava, was employed in a local factory. After graduating high school, Kelly enlisted in the United States Air Force—motivated in part by the opportunity to pursue higher education. Today, she serves as an Operating Room Nurse Manager in the U.S. Navy, bringing with her 19 years of dedicated military service.
In January 2025, following the passing of her father, Kelly founded the Scott Frame and Finish Foundation in his honor. Inspired by Bob’s legacy and recognizing a growing need for well-trained drywall finishers, she established the foundation to support education, training, and career development in the trades.

Amber Wray-Clark, Board Member

Amber Wray-Clark is a proud native of Paducah, Kentucky, and the daughter of a dedicated ironworker—a background that fuels her deep respect for skilled trades and the hardworking individuals who pursue them. As a devoted mother of three and a committed staff member of the McCracken County School District, Amber is passionate about creating opportunities for students to succeed, regardless of financial hardship or family circumstances. Her advocacy for equitable education and her firsthand understanding of the value of trade careers make her a powerful voice in support of expanding access to vocational and technical training.

Nick Fallecker, Board Member

Nick was born and raised in the small rust belt town of Chicora, Pennsylvania, coming from a proud lineage of veterans, welders, and steelworkers who served in WWII, Korea, and Vietnam. When the steel mills fell silent, his father transitioned into construction and later fire restoration work—roles where Nick often pitched in during summers and weekends, learning the value of hard work through cleanup, carpentry, and finish work.
After high school, Nick enlisted in the United States Air Force, where he served with distinction for over 21 years before retiring. Today, he lives in Abilene, Texas, with his wife and two daughters. As a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Apex, Nick sees firsthand the critical need for skilled tradesmen and women in communities across the region.
He currently serves as Chair of the local Masonic Lodge Scholarship Committee and is a staunch advocate for encouraging youth to explore and pursue careers in the trades.
